The primary goals for this project included:

Building a professional medical website with a sleek and modern look.
Creating custom step-based forms for weight loss programs and sick visits.
Enabling seamless online payment integration via Venmo and CashApp.
Providing detailed pharmacy information for prescription fulfillment.
Enhancing SEO visibility for better online reach and lead generation.

The challenge was to ensure the forms were intuitive, secure, and compliant, while offering a frictionless experience for patients booking consultations.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a custom WordPress website tailored to Dr. Ayanna Artis’s medical and weight loss services, combining functionality with a modern and professional design.

The site features custom multi-step forms for weight loss and sick visit consultations, streamlining the intake process and ensuring patient details are collected seamlessly.

We also integrated secure online payments via Venmo and CashApp, making it easy for patients to pay for consultations, and included a dedicated pharmacy section to guide patients in accessing their prescribed medications. Alongside this, we optimized the site for SEO to improve visibility, ensuring that patients can easily find and connect with the practice online.
